1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assisting clients with account setup, trading platform navigation, and troubleshooting any technical issues.
3. Conducting market research to provide valuable insights to clients and assist them in making informed trading decisions.
4. Working closely with the sales and trading teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
5. Managing customer accounts, processing transactions, and resolving any account-related issues.
6. Providing educational resources to clients and guiding them through the trading process.
7. Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials for client outreach.
