Customer Service Executive Job

Requirements:

1. Any degree
2. Customer service experience is preferred: While prior experience in customer service is not mandatory, it is an added advantage. Candidates with experience in call centers, retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles will have a better understanding of customer interactions, handling complaints, and resolving issues effectively.
3. Great interpersonal and communicating skills: Interpersonal skills include:
a. Empathy - Understanding the customer's emotions and concerns.
b. Patience - Remaining calm even when handling difficult customers.
c. Persuasiveness - Convincing customers to accept solutions or products.
4. Writing skills - For emails, chats, and reports.
5. Active listening - Understanding customer needs without interrupting.
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling international customers through inbound and outbound calls and messages.
2. Clear and professional speaking - Especially important for phone or face-to-face interactions.
