Customer Service Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Resolve customer tickets over m-desk/ERP, calls, and social media
2. Work on quick turnaround time to answer customer queries and update tickets
3. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction
4. Follow communication procedures and guidelines
5. Go the extra mile to engage customers and keep them happy
6. Collect feedback and collaborate with departments to bring in impactful solutions
7. Maintain customer records by tracking and updating information
8. Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using relevant software
9. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
10. Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
11. Follow up customer calls where necessary
12. Upsell products and services
13. Complete call logs and reports
14. Work on other duties as assigned
