Key responsibilities:

1. Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance with account-related activities.
2. Assist clients with account openings, closures, transfers, and other account maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
3. Investigate and resolve client complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and account activities in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel MS-Office
