Key responsibilities:

1. Answer customer calls, emails, and messages
2. Help customers with their questions and concerns
3. Provide information about our products and services
4. Solve customer problems or direct them to someone who can help
5. Keep records of customer interactions and issues
6. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
7. Work with other team members to improve customer service
