3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
5. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers with their inquiries.
7. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
