About the job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented 'Customer Service Executive (Renewals)' to manage and expand our client relationships within the Google Workspace, AWS, and Zoho ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving account renewals, increasing customer satisfaction, and contributing to overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure a deep understanding of their business needs and objectives.
2. Renewal management: Develop and execute renewal strategies for a portfolio of accounts, proactively identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation plans.
3. Customer satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
4. Revenue generation: Achieve and exceed renewal targets through effective negotiation and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
5. Data management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within the Zoho CRM system.
6. Team collaboration: Collaborate with sales, customer success, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

2. Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and their applications.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

5. Data-driven approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

6. Proactive, resourceful, and with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

6. BMS/PGDM/MBA graduates with minimum 75% marks all years from 10th till graduation. No gap year. No AT/KT.
