Key responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries and issues related to VIP services.
2. Proactively engage with customers to ensure renewals and upsell additional services.
3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
4. - Achieve monthly targets for renewals and sales as per company expectations.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service offerings.
