2. Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
3. Maintain a strong understanding of products and services to provide accurate information.
4. Document customer interactions and feedback in the system.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved issues.
6. Work with other departments to improve service and resolve complex issues.
7. Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services.
