Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers and partners based on provided lists or scripts.
2. Lead generation: Qualify leads by asking targeted questions to determine their interest in our cloud solutions.
3. Appointment scheduling: Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.
4. Data entry: Accurately record lead information and call outcomes in our CRM system.
5. Customer service: Provide excellent customer service to potential customers and partners.
6. Team collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth lead.
