Customer Service Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
2. Handle customer queries over email and/or chat
3. Follow communication 'scripts' when handling different topics
4. Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
5. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
6. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
7. Frequently attend upskilling sessions to improve knowledge and performance level
8. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements and skills:

1. A minimum qualification of high school/diploma is required
2. A higher degree would be an advantage (pursuing not allowed)
3. Previous experience in a customer support role would be of great advantage
4. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening (English)
5. Good written and verbal communication skills
6. Must have good data entry and typing abilities
7. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
8. proficient in relevant computer applications
9. Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
10. Flexible to work in rotational shifts and week-offs
