This is a full-time onsite position as a customer service executive/sr. executive at MetroRide's Hyderabad location.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and service.
2. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues, maintaining communication channels, and contributing communication channels, and contributing to sales efforts.
Mandatory Requirements-
1. Fluency in Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, English are mandatory for this role. Please apply only if you meet the requirements.
2. Bachelor's degree.
3. Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in a similar customer service role is a must.
4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Good knowledge of customer management software and MS office.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, good and mindful behavior.

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 /year
