We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused inbound telecaller to join our team at easyfone. The ideal candidate will manage inbound customer service calls, maintain and update CRM systems, and handle coordination with customers, service centers, and warehouses. Additionally, this role involves resolving customer queries, arranging phone pick-ups and services, managing data in Excel, and contributing to revenue growth through upselling.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer interaction:
a. Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
b. Provide accurate and clear information to customers via calls, emails, and chat.
c. Resolve customer complaints and queries effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
2. Data management:
a. Update and maintain customer information in the CRM database.
b. Utilize Excel for data entry, tracking, and generating reports as required.
3. Coordination:
a. Collaborate with service centers, warehouses, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
b. Arrange phone pick-up and service requests in a timely manner.
4. Upselling and revenue contribution:
a. Identify opportunities to upsell relevant products or services to customers.
b. Promote company offerings to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
5. Operational excellence:
a. Demonstrate a strong understanding of operational processes and procedures.
b. Ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with company standards.
