Customer Service Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Customer support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media and provide prompt and effective solutions.
2. Issue resolution: Address customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and escalate cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
3. Order processing: Assist customers with order placements, refunds, exchanges, and tracking shipments.
4. Product/service knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
5. Relationship building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Documentation & reporting: Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to improve service quality.
7. Process adherence: Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure high-quality customer support.
8. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and report trends to management.
9. Cross-selling & upselling: Recommend relevant products or services to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
10. Collaboration: Work with internal teams (sales, technical support, etc.) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
