Key responsibilities:

1. Interface with customers via inbound and/or outbound calls, emails/chats, or through the internet depending upon client requirements.
2. Provide customer service support/technical support and the resolution of routine problems regarding the client's product or services
3. Ensure service delivered to our customers meet contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)
