Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Building and maintaining long-term. relationships with clients
2. Ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell services to clients
3. Collaborating with internal teams, coordinating with departments
4. Ensuring that all client engagement tasks are completed successfully
5. The candidate's main task would be to follow up with the new clients through emails.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
2. 1-4 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or a related field
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
4. Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
5. Knowledge of financial services or consulting is a plus
6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
7. Customer-centric and committed to delivering high-quality work
8. Knows how to draft a professional mail.
9. Have a good grasp of English communication verbal and written both.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi, Noida and neighboring cities
