About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate English proficiency with a strong desire and ability to learn and improve.
2. Utilize strong verbal and written communication in different channels such as phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve, and provide assistance.
3. Work the night shift for the USA time zones.
4. Establish strong client relationships.
5. Manage multiple stakeholders.
6. Work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible on any changes in the process.
7. Stay updated on product and service knowledge to give the best assistance to the customers.
8. Maintain and practice confidentiality about customers' information and sensitive data.
9. Provide advice, support, and guidance to direct reports as needed and serve as a mentor to colleagues.
10. Be persuasive and goal-oriented.
11. Collaborate seamlessly, share your ideas, and contribute to a culture of innovation.
12. Utilize strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
