Customer Service Representative Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strong command of overwritten English (grammatically correct written English)
2. Customer Support - Assist the customer process and solve Customer queries via email or chat.
3. Ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt responses and query resolution
4. Coordinate with the internal team for issue resolution & coordination with customer
5. To ensure that tasks are completed daily and in a timely manner
6. Respond to customers in ticket issues, follow-ups, etc.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Should be ready to work in Night shifts and 5 days working.
2. Should be ready to Work from the office.

Soft Skills:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Should possess prioritizing and organizing skills
3. Logical and reasoning abilities to take right decisions to resolve customer's issues.
4. Result-oriented who can drive towards stringent targets.
5. Basic knowledge of Customer Services
6. Should be punctual and responsible with work
7. Should have the passion to learn and grow
