Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for our business clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat
2. Provide timely and accurate information regarding our products, services, and policies
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or escalate to the appropriate team as necessary
4. Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate new business appointments
5. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions
6. Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to address and resolve complex client issues
7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of support materials
8. Monitor and analyze client satisfaction metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery
