About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
2. Assist in the processing of online purchases quickly and while providing superior service to the customers
3. Assist customers with product selection, answer basic questions, and suggest various options that are available
4. Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure the safe delivery of all packages
5. Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
6. Demonstrate a sense of urgency and dedication to exceed customer expectations and earn loyalty through accuracy, efficiency, courtesy, and knowledge

Probation:
