Key responsibilities:

1. Work on customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries via email/social media ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
2. Handle complaint management: Address complaints and troubleshoot issues to provide quick solutions.
3. Work on knowledge sharing: Educate customers on products/services and guide them through processes such as purchases, refunds, or technical support.
4. Handle CRM management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
5. Work on follow-up: Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction post-interaction.
