1. Working on outbound call process (minimum 100 - 150 calls in a day)
2. Fetching out references
3. Completing 2 hours connected call duration by the day's end
4. Working on the resolution of the student issues over calls
5. Working on grievance handling/query handling based on the academics and curriculum
6. Fetching out references and taking feedback from the students
7. Handling escalations & cancellations of students, working towards retention
8. Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
9. Handling student complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution
