1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai, Andhari and neighboring cities
1. Experience: 1-2 years of customer support experience in customs clearance, logistics, or freight forwarding.
2. Software knowledge: Hands-on experience with existing customs clearance software such as Softlink, ONS, uSoft, SCMcube, etc.
3. Proficiency: Familiarity with customs clearance processes and software applications, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
4. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
5. Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving customer challenges.
6. Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours if needed to accommodate client schedules in different time zones.
