Customer Service Specialist Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
2. Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
3. Update our internal databases with information about issues/queries and useful discussions with customers
4. Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
5. Inform customers about new features and functionalities
6. Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
7. Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
