Customer Service Specialist Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone with 100% focus on phone resolutions
2. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
3. Efficiently handle and resolve customer escalations, complaints, issues, and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
4. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors within specified timelines
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer problems and enhance the overall customer experience
7. Show empathy and patience when dealing with customers, understanding their concerns and providing reassurance
8. Handle upset customers professionally, de-escalate tense situations, and aim for positive outcomes
9. Exhibit flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus
2. Proven work experience in customer service for a minimum of 1 year (online pharmacy preferred)
3. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
