Customer Success Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to Customer Inquiries: provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and resolve their issues through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone
2. Assist customers in resolving technical issues they may encounter while using our platform. This may include guiding them through login problems, navigation, or accessing course materials
3. Engage with customers proactively to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure a positive learning experience
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and reported issues
5. Use this data to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
6. Work closely with the Customer Support team and other departments to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers
7. Learn and Adapt: Stay up-to-date with SkilloVilla's course offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications:

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any field or a recent graduate
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
3. Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others
4. Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new software tools
5. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
6. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
7. Availability to work full-time for 6 months
