Customer Success Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Enabling enterprise customers to derive the maximum output from the deployed solution by helping the customer user team in understanding the value proposition of the solution
2. Comprehending product and product features and suggesting improvements in the value proposition for the highest customer experience
3. Monitoring the maximum availability of the system for the customers closely and coordinating with the internal & customer team in case of any issues arises
4. Resolving customer problems/queries/challenges etc., proactively
5. Arranging regular calls with the customer to take feedback on the solution further educates them on the benefits of the system
6. Working on post-sales efforts to run enterprise success programs for the customers
7. Maintaining the relationship with customers by interacting with them at all the phases of the project to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

Skills & Requirements:

1. A result-oriented person having expertise in managing enterprise customers and strengthening the relationship further
2. Ability to solve issues proactively, having the mindset to mitigate the potential roadblocks to success quickly
3. Excellent soft communication skills
4. Capabilities in working under pressure situations; ability to get things done in a given time
5. Passionate about creating value for customers with a positive attitude, and mindset to take full ownership of the responsibilities given
6. Having an enterprise and consulting approach in executing the responsibilities given and the ability to take the team forward
7. Passionate about understanding customer problems and providing appropriate solutions to resolve them
