Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling Customer complaints & grievances.
2. Resolving customer's query via emails and phone calls.
3. Keeping track of the orders and arranging required styles on request.
4. Resolving queries on social media on posts and direct messages.
5. Forwarding queries to concerned Team.
6. Upselling on the desired products
