1. Manage onboarding, training, and support for assigned customers
2. Align Sekel Technologies' platform with clients' business goals through strategic advice
3. Conduct regular check-ins, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
4. Drive platform adoption and build strong client relationships for retention
5. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by collaborating with Operations and Product teams
6. Document feature requests and proactively monitor account health
7. Identify upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities
8. Support client renewals and negotiations
9. Generate leads, conduct outreach, and participate in sales demos and presentations
10. Deliver usage reports, ROI metrics, and actionable insights to clients
11. Analyze customer data to drive engagement and improvement
12. Collaborate with internal teams to represent the customer's voice
13. Stay updated on product features, conduct demos, and provide training
Key Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
2. 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales (SaaS preferred)
3. Proficiency in SaaS, Martech, or Hyperlocal platforms
4. Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
5. Sales acumen for renewals and business growth
