Job Title: Customer Success Executive - Spanish, German, Dutch & Polish
Location: Gurgaon, India
Work Schedule: 5 Days Working, Rotational Shifts

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Customer Success Executive who is fluent in Spanish, German, Dutch, or Polish to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Assist customers via email, chat, and calls to resolve their concerns promptly.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Onboarding & Training: Guide new customers through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition.
4. Proactive Engagement: Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and reduce churn by addressing pain points.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales and product, to enhance the overall customer journey.
6. Process Improvement: Suggest and implement best practices for customer success and support.

Requirements:

1. Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Spanish, German, Dutch, or Polish (both written and spoken).
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
3. Experience: 1-3 years in Customer Success, Customer Support, or a similar role.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and one of the required languages.
5. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and customer support software.
6. Problem-solving Ability: A proactive and customer-first approach to handling queries.
7. Flexibility: Willing to work in rotational shifts to support global customers.
