About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Owning up the B2B accounts and making sure the client is having weekly/monthly access to the reporting to understand the impact
2. Providing overall support to the clients by ensuring that all queries & concerns however they come in (phone, e-mail) are addressed quickly & efficiently
3. Designing and executing programs(online or offline) to increase engagement among YourDOST B2B Clientele
4. Arranging for all logistical things required for the smooth functioning of various B2B accounts
Who can apply:
1. Only graduates preferred
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
3. Experience in organizing events
4. Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel)
5. 0-3 yrs of work experience in a customer-facing role
6. Ability to speak other languages like Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi is a plus
