Job Overview
The Customer Success Executive at iKeva will be based in Hyderabad and tasked with ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service delivery. For this full-time, junior-level position, we are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The role involves engaging with clients, managing expectations, and facilitating various office services effectively.

Qualifications and Skills
Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and professional interactions with clients and team members.
Strong problem-solving abilities to promptly address and resolve client queries or issues.
Empathy to understand and address client needs and concerns effectively.
Proficiency in time management to prioritize tasks and ensure timely service delivery.
Experience in vendor management to coordinate effectively with service providers and maintain quality standards.
High level of customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Ability to foster customer engagement with activities and events.
Supervisory skills to manage support staff and ensure smooth operations.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
Oversee the delivery of managed office services, ensuring compliance with client requirements and quality standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and manage communications effectively.
Coordinate with the internal team and vendors to facilitate prompt resolution of any service-related issues.
Conduct regular feedback sessions with clients to understand their needs and refine service offerings.
Manage client onboarding and facilitate a seamless transition into the managed office environment.
Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction and service metrics to the management.
Ensure all office facilities are operational and maintained to meet client expectations.
