Customer Success Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing onboarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
2. Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive the continued value of our products and services
3. Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content
4. Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learning
5. Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed
6. Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
7. Oversee onboarding and product quality, providing feedback to development
8. Troubleshoot issues and update customer success playbooks
9. Maintain renewal forecasts and respond to customer inquiries
10. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
