About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand customers' business and program objectives
2. Demonstrate value to the customer
3. Drive product adoption and ensure an exceptional user experience
4. Discover and solve stated and unstated customer problems
5. Build loyalty by creating an excellent relationship with the customers
6. Manage the entire customer lifecycle (onboarding, planning, implementation, deployment, and ongoing usage)
7. Monitor customer usage throughout the customer lifecycle to not only identify and prioritize at-risk accounts but also run standardized plays to mitigate churn
8. Manage account health and identify opportunities to improve product offering
9. Serve as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback to product, content and other teams on customer service improvement
10.Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues faced by customers and manage complaints in order to maintain trust alongside the support teams
11. Use analytics to identify usage patterns and create metrics
12. Develop a deep understanding of the Cleartax product and its capabilities to craft perfect solutions and to articulate these to the customers during discussions
13. Educate customers on Cleartax best practices, self-service, content, solutions, and the most relevant features/functionalities for their specific business needs

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Experience of 1+ years in using customer success software, CRM software, and Google applications

2. Experience in working with clients in the technology or SaaS industry is preferred

3. Ability to be fanatical about customer success and tenacious at driving long-term customer value

4. Ability to adapt to the demands of the business

5. Demonstrated track record of driving customer success at all levels

6. Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well
