Wellversed is looking for a Customer Support Associate to assist our customers in solving technical problems when using our products and services.
Key responsibilities:
1. Resolving customer queries, complaints, or requests on a daily basis
2. Build productive relationships and communicate daily with customers in a professional manner
3. Actively attend inbound calls from customers of the company
4. Actively engage in cold calling to reach out to potential clients
5. Gather customer feedback and share it with our product, sales, and marketing teams
Minimum of 1-year experience as a customer support associate or similar customer support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to demonstrate patience when handling complex queries and challenges
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
