About the job

We are looking for a customer support executive for our team. You are expected to have a thorough knowledge of the products and services offered by the company. You also will be accountable to troubleshoot any problems and issues occurring to the customers regarding the products in a timely fashion. Our philosophy is to find the best people and give them the freedom to learn, innovate and outperform. In that spirit, we are structured to ensure that each individual contributes substantially to our strategy and goals, and there is extensive feedback on performance.

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle customer service through calls, chats, and emails
2. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
4. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
5. Maintain coordination with the backend team
6. Address social media queries
7. Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
8. Follow up to ensure resolution, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Skills & Requirements:

1. Only customer support knowledge
2. Outstanding experience in working with customers via telephone, email, and chats
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Proficient in MS Office
5. Quick decision-making skills
6. Excellent time management and organizational skills
7. Outstanding negotiation and conflict-resolving skills
8. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
9. Ability to work in a team with a positive attitude
