Job Overview
AppitSimple Infotek Pvt. Ltd is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and contributing to customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities
Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels
Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits
Following up to ensure resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction
Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
