Qualification: Any graduate
Experience: Fresher or 6+ months of experience
Language: Candidates should be fluent in English and Hindi.
Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off)
Shift Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
2. Resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and effective solutions.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
4. Assist customers with product information, orders, and troubleshooting.

Salary:

1. CTC: 25,000 per month for freshers
2. Take Home: 20,200 per month for freshers
3. CTC: Up to 30,000 per month for experienced candidates
4. Take Home: Up to 24,800 per month for experienced candidates
5. Quarterly Bonus: 4,065
