Please Note: This is a contractual role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with users via chat, email, and phone within the expected turn-around time (the communication will primarily be in English - Being good at other languages is a bonus).
2. Acknowledge and resolve all customer queries, complaints, and issues.
Communicate users' problems with other departments and ensure that the problem is solved.
3. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
4. Know our products thoroughly, and keep yourself updated with all the changes that take place in them.
5. Note any feedback provided by the user, and pass it to the relevant team.
Ensure high customer satisfaction
6. Meet with the relevant departments to understand all Niyo processes.
7. Ensure that you are meeting all our SLAs (responding on time, maintaining a high customer satisfaction rate, etc).
Work Timings:
1. The candidate will be required to work different shifts as we provide 24/7 support to all our customers.
2. The work timings will depend on the weekly/monthly roster that is created for you.
3. The candidate will be required to work 6 days a week, doing 9-hour shifts, with rotational weekly holidays.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. High school diploma, general education degree (at least a bachelor’s degree).
2. Prior experience in customer support is preferred but we are open to hiring freshers and people with experience in other backgrounds too.
3. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - The candidate should be proficient in English. Being proficient in more than one language is an advantage.
4. Good listening skills and a high level of empathy - The candidate should be willing to listen to the customers, understand their problems, and have the right attitude to help them.
5. Good problem-solving skills - The candidate should have the ability to quickly understand the problem, coordinate with the right people, and resolve the problem.
6. Honesty and Commitment - acknowledge when you do not know something, learn about the product, about the processes, follow up whenever required, etc.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 /year
