About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to user inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner
2. Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating them to the appropriate department when necessary
3. Investigating user issues and working with other teams to resolve them quickly and efficiently
4. Providing users with information about promotions, bonuses, and new games
5. Ensuring that users have a positive experience while playing on our platform
6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
7. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
8. Staying up-to-date with product and service knowledge to effectively provide support to customers
9. Meeting or exceeding customer support metrics, such as response time, first contact resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings

Key Skills and Experience Required:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
2. Knowledge of Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam is an added advantage
3. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative of at least 1 year is a must
4. Ability to work under pressure and multitask
5. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
6. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
7. Ability to work in a team environment
8. Knowledge of gaming industry trends and developments is a plus
