About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Cold call people and use scripts to provide information about the product's features, prices, etc.
2. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
3. Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how the product and the services meet their needs.
4. Record the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system.
5. Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation.
6. Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
7. Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.

Other requirements

1. Proven experience as a telemarketer (people with experience in the water purifier telemarketing field preferred).

2. Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Excel, Mail, etc)

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

4. Proficiency in English and Kannada is mandatory (Hindi is an added advantage).

5. Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.

6. Persistent and results-oriented.

7. Patient and able to handle customer rejection.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 16,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 /year
