About the job

The customer support associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves effective communication, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The customer support associate works closely with the customer support team to meet service-level agreements and uphold the company's reputation for excellent customer support.

Key responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels such as phone, email, live chat, or social media.
2. Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
3. Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving customers' issues with products or services.
4. Ensure customer requests, concerns, and complaints are handled professionally and promptly.
5. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
6. Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience while interacting with customers.
7. Strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver personalised service to enhance customer loyalty.
8. Work on communication and teamwork:
i. Collaborate with team members and share knowledge to ensure consistent
ii. and accurate customer support.
iii. Communicate effectively with other departments to relay customer feedback,
iv. trends, and insights.
v. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on
product knowledge and customer service skills.
vi Contribute to a positive team environment by fostering open communication, mutual respect, and cooperation.
9. Work on documentation and reporting:
i. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the customer support system.

Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel
Earn certifications in these skills

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities

Other requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

4. Empathetic and patient demeanour when dealing with customer issues or complaints.

5. Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

6. Proficiency in using customer support software, ticketing systems, and CRM tools.

7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

8. Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules as required.

10. Candidates should be based out of Mumbai only.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 2,90,000 /year
