Key responsibilities:

1. Lead and inspire a customer support team to achieve service excellence. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills.

2. Process Optimization: Develop and implement SOPs for streamlined customer support operations. Ensure team adherence to SOPs for consistency.

3. Communication Flow Design: Create and optimize chat and call flows to improve efficiency. Analyze data to enhance communication effectiveness.

4. Monitor and evaluate team and individual performance metrics. Provide constructive feedback and coaching.

5. Oversee the resolution of escalated customer issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex problem-solving.

6. Data Analysis and Feedback Management: Generate and analyze reports on key performance indicators. Use customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
