Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
2. Manage inbound leads and sell them our annual maintenance plans
3. Developing and implementing customer support policies and procedures.
4. Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and identifying areas for improvement.
5. Collaborating with service departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
6. Utilizing MS-Excel to analyze customer data and generate reports
