About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Generate footfalls, online meetings, applicants, and enrolment through telemarketing/participating in events/visiting schools and colleges in the region
2. Interact and advise potential candidates about international study opportunities, the application process, and work opportunities
3. Ensure a high rate of conversion from lead generation into applicants
4. Ensure a high rate of conversion from lead generation into enrolments
5. Deliver a session on -International Study and Work opportunities- to relevant audiences
6. Ensure that required follow-up activities are carried on in time with customers and ensure business development
7. Work closely with the counseling team, operations team, and student to ensure
8. applications are processed in a timely and accurate manner
9. Ensure that the management is aware of market feedback and trends in the student community
10. Ensure that student records are maintained in an effective manner and necessary follow-ups are undertaken to ensure that the student receives his/her offers on time
11. Work to constantly upgrade his/her knowledge of destinations, universities, and courses
12. Work on being aware of the visa process/required information to effectively complete the assigned tasks
13. Undertake outstation and campus visits to promote the services of the company
14. Ensure that all required reports are submitted on time and accurately
15. Work on effective use of the internal software
16. Work on preparing accurate sales forecasts to assist the company in making sound business decisions
17. Work on recommending and implementing improvements to current sales practices and procedures as needed
