1. Experience: 0-5 years in a customer support or service role, preferably in fintech or a related industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
3. Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach.
4. Ability to understand customer needs and provide support with patience and professionalism.
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving processes.
