Customer Support Specialist Job

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with order placement, product troubleshooting, and account-related issues.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department, if necessary.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries or issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and support ticketing systems is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
