About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services.
2. Issue Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve customer complaints and technical problems efficiently and effectively.
3. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and to gather feedback for service improvement.
4. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
5. Data Entry: Accurately input and update information in company databases and records.
6. Office Management: Oversee and manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office organization.
7. Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
8. Reporting: Generate and review reports related to customer service performance and administrative functions.

Earn certifications in these skills

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in customer service or administration are a plus.

2. Experience: Minimum of 6 Months of experience in a customer service or administrative role.

3. Skills:

a. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

b. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

c. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.

d. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

4. Attributes:

a. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

b. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

c. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
