You would be responsible for the end-to-end B2B customer experience in each journey of interaction. The candidate should be able to make decisions to enhance the customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound customer queries through calls and emails
2. Ensure customer queries and issues are given end solution
3. Supporting order processing and sourcing.
4. Maintain customer satisfaction and be extremely service-oriented

Annual CTC breakup:
