Key Responsibilities:

1. Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
2. Provide accurate product information and resolve customer queries effectively.
3. Document call details and update the system records.
4. Ensure adherence to quality and service standards during interactions.

Please note:
1. Location: Mumbai
2. Work Mode: Work from Office
3. Shift Timings: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (5 days working, 2 rotational offs)
4. Transport: Pick-up or drop available for night shifts

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
